INA Control Valve
Gets everything in the right position
Solenoid control valves have the task of moving the camshaft phasing unit to the desired adjustment position using defined oil volumes. This occurs when an electric impulse is sent to the control valve’s solenoid. The inner control piston slides, which moves the camshaft phasing unit into the right position. Camshaft phasing unit movement depends on how current is applied to the valve. This allows the powertrain control module (PCM) to adapt valve timing to every possible driving situation.
Besides solenoid control valves, INA offers cantral valves, central magnets and phasing units as well. INA solenoid control valves are compact but modular in design and allow modifications for adapting to each application.
